Ingredients:

• 400ml full-fat coconut milk

• 60g Botenz cashew butter powder

• 3 tbsp maple syrup

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Zest of 1 lime

• Pinch of sea salt

(1) Whisk coconut milk.

Pour coconut milk into a large bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.

(2) Add cashew powder.

Gradually whisk in cashew butter powder until completely dissolved with no lumps.

(3) Sweeten and flavor.

Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, lime zest, and salt until well combined.

(4) Chill the mixture.

(5) Churn or freeze.

Pour into ice cream maker or freeze in container, stirring every 30 minutes.
