Ingredients list:

⅓ cup plant-based milk

(≈80 ml; almond/oat/soy)

30 g Botenz Peanut Butter Powder

(≈ 5 Tbsp of Botenz)

½ ripe banana

½ cup oats (40 g)

(rolled or quick oats)

¾ tsp baking powder

(for desired creaminess — swap part/all for maple syrup, regular/sugar-free)

1 Tbsp maple or sugar-free maple

(to taste)

 

prepare steps for Banana Bread Oats

(1) Heat the oven.

Preheat to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small dish.

(2) Make the batter.

Whisk well:  banana, milk, Botenz PB powder,  oats, baking powder, maple or sugar free maple 

(3) Pour to bake.

Pour into the dish and smooth the surface evenly.

(4) Bake.

Bake 20-25 min; longer gives a cakier crumb.

(5) Take out & add toppings

Toppings (optional): sliced banana,  chocolate, a pinch of cinnamon, more Botenz Pb powder

(6) Rest.

Cool 5 min so the center sets before serving.
