(1) Heat the oven.
Preheat to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small dish.
(2) Make the batter.
Whisk well: banana, milk, Botenz PB powder, oats, baking powder, maple or sugar free maple
(3) Pour to bake.

(4) Bake.
