Ingredients:

• 200g whole wheat pasta

• 4 Tbsp Botenz cashew butter powder

• 1 cup low-fat milk

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

• Salt and pepper to taste

(1) Boil pasta.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

(2) Heat garlic.

In a large pan, sauté minced garlic in a splash of oil for 30 seconds until fragrant.

(3) Whisk powder.

In a bowl, whisk cashew butter powder with milk until completely smooth and creamy.

(4) Make sauce.

(5) Toss pasta.

Add drained pasta to the sauce pan and toss to coat evenly with the alfredo.

(6) Serve hot.

Plate immediately with extra nutritional yeast and black pepper on top.
