Ingredients:

• 3 Tbsp Botenz almond butter powder

• 1 cup old-fashioned oats

• 2 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder

• 3 Tbsp date syrup or maple syrup

• 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

• 1 Tbsp chia seeds (opt.)

(1) Preheat oven to 325°F.

Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

(2) Mix dry ingredients.

Whisk oats, almond butter powder, matcha, and chia seeds in a large bowl.

(3) Combine wet ingredients.

Stir date syrup and melted coconut oil until smooth and well combined.

(4) Form the mixture.

(5) Bake for 18 minutes.

Bars should be lightly golden but still soft. Cool completely before cutting.

Slice into 8 bars. Store in airtight container for up to one week.
