Ingredients:
• 100g Botenz peanut butter powder
• 80g rolled oats
• 120g pitted dates, soaked
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 2-3 tbsp water as needed
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
prepare steps
(1) Soak dates.
Soak pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes until softened.
(2) Mix dry ingredients.
Combine peanut butter powder and oats in a large mixing bowl.
(3) Blend wet mixture.
Drain dates and blend with honey and vanilla until smooth paste forms.
(4) Combine all.
(5) Shape into balls.
Roll mixture into 16-18 walnut-sized balls using clean hands.
(6) Chill and serve.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. Store in airtight container.
