Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp Botenz peanut cacao butter powder

• 1 cup thick Greek yogurt

• 3 tbsp maple syrup

• 2 tbsp milk of choice

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of sea salt

(1) Whisk powder & salt.

In a bowl, whisk peanut cacao powder with sea salt to break up any clumps.

(2) Add yogurt slowly.

Gradually fold in Greek yogurt, mixing until smooth and no powder streaks remain.

(3) Stream in liquids.

Add maple syrup, milk, and vanilla. Whisk until glossy and well combined.

(4) Taste & adjust.

(5) Chill 30 minutes.

Transfer to freezer for 30 minutes for gelato texture, or serve immediately soft.

(6) Scoop & serve.
