Blueberry-almond shake that tastes like dessert but stays light and filling. The best part? A simple one-step trick you won’t find everywhere-so you get blueberry flavor and creamy texture without heavy fats, extra sugar, or a long ingredient list. Perfect for a snack that keeps you full.
Ingredients:
• 150 g frozen blueberries
• 1 cup milk of choice
( almond / oat / diary / regular.. )
• 3 Tbsp Botenz Almond Butter Powder
(around 16–24 grams)
• 120 g high-protein yogurt
(Diary or Vegan)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
(optional)
• Optional (choose 1)
½ banana (for sweeter + thicker) • 1–2 tsp maple syrup / sugar-free maple (for extra sweetness) • ½ tsp cinnamon (nice “bakery” vibe)
prepare steps
(1) Add to blender.
milk, yogurt, Almond butter powder, and anything. Blend 10 seconds
(2) Add frozen blueberries + ice
and banana if using). Blend until smooth and thick.
(3) Taste → adjust.
more ice = thicker, more milk = thinner, a tiny splash of maple = sweeter.
