This Dubai-chocolate style date bark layers soft Medjool dates with a crispy kataifi + Botenz Pistachio Powder center, finished with a low-fat cocoa glaze. No oven, no butter — just bold pistachio, chocolate vibes, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Ingredients list:

400 g Medjool dates, pitted

(enough to tightly cover a 20×20 cm tray)

80 g kataifi pastry, finely chopped

(dry-toast 2–4 minutes for extra crisp)

6–8 Tbsp Botenz Pistachio Powder (≈48–64 g)

(whisk with liquid to a thick, spreadable paste)

Dark Chocolate - Vegan one for Vegan recip

(for desired creaminess — swap part/all for maple syrup, regular/sugar-free)

Pinch of sea salt

(to taste)

 

prepare steps for Healthy Dubai Chocolate

(1) Line a tray of 20×20 cm of dates with parchment.

Press the pitted dates tightly into an even nice layer

(2) In a bowl, whisk Botenz Pistachio Powder / Pistachio Butter

mix it with water / any type of milk of your choice

(3) In a dry non-stick pan over medium heat

toast the chopped kataifi 2–4 min until golden and crisp.

(4) Fold the pistachio paste through the kataifi.

to coat evenly.

(5) Spread the pistachio-kataifi mix evenly over the date base.

press lightly to level.

(6) Melt the Vegan dark chocolate & spread it over

Add 1 tsp coconut oil only if you want it softer set. 

(7) Finish: Sprinkle flaky sea salt.

chill 25 minutes until set, then slice or break into bars.
