Chewy almond protein bars that taste rich, but stay light and easy. The secret? Just a one-step trick you won’t find everywhere-so you get a perfect bite and almond richness without heavy fats, special tools, or a long ingredient list. Perfect for a grab-and-go snack that keeps you full.
Ingredients:
• 80 g Botenz Almond Powder
(about 10–12 Tbsp)
• 60 g vanilla protein powder
(about 2 scoops)
• 40 g oat flour
(or blended oats)
• Pinch of salt
• ½ tsp cinnamon
(optional)
• Optional (choose 1)
• 60 g maple syrup or sugar-free syrup (for diet)
• 80–120 ml almond milk or water (add gradually until it sticks)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
prepare steps
(1) Line an 20×20 cm (or similar) container with parchment.
(2) In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients:
Botenz Almond Powder + protein powder + oat flour + salt (+ cinnamon).
(3) Add maple/sugar-free syrup and vanilla. Mix.
(4) Add almond milk/water little by little.
until the dough becomes thick and pressable (not runny).
(5) (optional) Fold in chocolate chips.

(7) Chill 45–60 minutes
