Returns & Refunds Policy – Botenz India
This returns policy applies to orders placed on botenz.in for delivery within India.
1. Return window
You can request a return within 1 calendar day from the delivery date shown in the courier tracking.
After 1 day from delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of items
We only accept returns for items that are:

New and unused

Unopened, with the safety seal intact

In their original packaging and in the same condition as received
Opened, used or partially consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
3. Eligible returns
We accept returns for:

Damaged or defective items on arrival

Non-defective items (change of mind), as long as they are new, unused and unopened and the request is made within 1 day from delivery.
4. How to request a return
To start a return, please contact us within 1 day from delivery at:
support@botenz.in (include your order number and clear photos of the product and package).
We will review your request and send you the return instructions and return address. Please do not send back any items before receiving confirmation from us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
We do not charge any additional restocking fee for returns.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we can replace it with the same product.
