This chocolate-forward pint starts with Botenz PB Cacao Powder and a lean base, freezing thick and scoopable for real-deal creaminess without the heavy calories.
Ingredients list:
½–¾ cup milk of choice
almond/soy/oat or dairy
½ frozen banana
adds body without heavy calories
Botenz PB Cacao (1–2 Tbsp)
Protein powder (1 scoop)
vanilla or chocolate, 15–25 g protein
½ tsp vanilla, optional

prepare steps for Chocolate Ice Cream
(1) Load blender cup.
Add milk, Botenz PB Cacao, protein, banana, salt/vanilla.
(2) Blend smooth.
30–45 sec until completely silky.
(3) Fill & freeze.
Add a little water if needed to reach your pint fill line. Freeze 12–24 h.
(4) Spin.
Process in a Ninja Creami (Lite Ice Cream/Ice Cream). If powdery, add 1–2 Tbsp milk and Re-Spin.
(5) Texture check.
Repeat a small splash + Re-Spin until fluffy and scoopable.
(6) Serve.
Scoop into a cone or bowl; dust with a little Botenz PB Cacao.
