This recipe uses a simple “one-step” trick you won’t find everywhere — so you get pistachio lava cake without heavy fats, a blender, or a long ingredient list. Perfect for a fast breakfast that actually keeps you full.
(≈¼ cup; almond, dairy, or oat)
(≈5 Tbsp; Low fat pistachio)
Natural maple / Sugar free
Lightly grease a microwave-safe ramekin (≈250 ml) and set aside.
Whisk egg, milk, and natural or sugar-free maple. in a bowl until smooth.
Add Botenz Pistachio Powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk to a thick but pourable batter. If too thick, add 1–2 tsp milk.
Pour into the ramekin and tap once to level.
Cook 60–90 sec on HIGH until edges set but the center stays soft.
Rest 1 min, run a knife around the edge, flip out (or eat in the cup). Top with a few crushed pistachios.
