(≈225 g; low-fat works great)
(≈5 Tbsp; Low fat pistachio butter powder)
(≈60 ml; almond, dairy, or oat)
(use regular maple only if preferred)

In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, milk, sugar-free maple, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Whisk in Botenz Pistachio Butter Powder until creamy. If too thick, add 1–2 tsp milk.
Choose one: whisk in allulose or glycerin; or fold in protein yogurt; or whisk in xanthan/guar. Skip if you prefer.
Transfer to a shallow container and cover.
Freeze 2–3 hours, stirring once after 60 min.
Rest 5 min at room temp, then scoop.
