Welcome to Botenz India (“Botenz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://botenz.in and any orders placed through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We aim to acknowledge grievance-related complaints within 48 hours and ordinarily resolve them within 30 days from receipt, subject to the nature of the issue and the information provided by the customer.

3. Eligibility and use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage the website, its users, or our business.

4. Products and product information

We sell food products and related items through this website for delivery within India only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, ingredients, nutrition-related information, and other content are presented as accurately as possible. However:

product images are for general illustration only and may vary slightly from the actual product or packaging;

because our products use natural ingredients, color, taste, texture, aroma, and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch;

the product label and packaging delivered to you shall prevail in case of minor display differences on the website.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, update, or limit any product at any time without prior notice.

5. Food, allergens, and general disclaimer

Our products are food products and may contain or be processed in facilities that handle allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and coconut, depending on the product and facility practices.

You may be able to purchase from the website either as a guest or through a registered account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

7. Orders and order acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by us. Adding a product to cart or completing checkout does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

stock unavailability;

incorrect customer details or address issues;

payment issues or verification concerns;

shipping or operational constraints.

Your order is considered accepted only after successful payment authorization and our confirmation that the order has been processed for fulfillment.

8. Pricing and taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are intended for customers within India.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a genuine pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund where payment has already been collected.

9. Payments

We currently process payments through Razorpay and/or such other payment methods as may be displayed at checkout, including eligible credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other supported payment methods.

Payment is subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider. We do not guarantee that any particular payment method will always be available.

We do not store your complete card details on our servers unless specifically handled by an authorized payment partner’s secure system.

10. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within India only.

We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹999, unless otherwise stated on the website, at checkout, or during a promotional campaign. Orders below the applicable threshold may attract shipping charges as displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch most orders within a reasonable processing period. Estimated delivery timelines shown on the website, at checkout, or in customer communication are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, operational load, weather, holidays, remote area serviceability, public events, force majeure events, regulatory checks, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. A delay in delivery alone shall not automatically entitle a customer to cancellation, damages, or refund unless required under applicable law or specifically approved by us.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and delivery information. We shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

11. Failed delivery, refusal, and return-to-origin shipments

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or similar customer-side reasons, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, where a refund is approved, we may deduct actual shipping, return shipping, handling, payment gateway, or related recovery costs from the refundable amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Cancellations by customers

A customer may request cancellation before the order has been processed for dispatch. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may allow cancellation and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Where a cancellation is requested after payment but before dispatch, the refund timeline may depend on payment processing timelines of the relevant bank or payment partner.

13. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Because our products are food items, opened, used, or tampered products are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless there is a genuine product defect, damage in transit, wrong item delivered, or another issue approved by us after review.

If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide reasonable supporting details, which may include:

your order number;

clear photos of the outer package and product;

a clear unboxing/opening video where relevant;

a description of the issue.

Approved cases may be resolved by replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another fair remedy depending on the nature of the issue.

We reserve the right to reject claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, filed after the reporting window, or inconsistent with the product condition shown in the evidence provided.

14. Promotions, coupons, and discount codes

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, introductory offers, bundles, free shipping offers, pop-up offers, or other promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

promotions are valid for a limited time only;

promotions are subject to stock availability;

only one coupon or offer may be used per order;

promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated;

we may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions at any time.

15. Reviews and user submissions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botenz India, WOODPECKERS COFFEE TRADING HOUSE, and their respective partners, representatives, affiliates, service providers, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or purchase of products.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Botenz India and WOODPECKERS COFFEE TRADING HOUSE from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
