In the blender cup, whisk 5 Tbsp Botenz with 4 tsp milk to a smooth slurry.
Add banana, milk, date, protein, yogurt, cinnamon, and ice.
Blend 30–45 sec until thick and silky.
Swipe the Botenz paste inside the serving glass.
Pour the smoothie; dust a pinch of Botenz on top (optional).
Drink right away for best texture.
